I graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1977 and Cornell Law School in 1980. I married Debra Levine in 1978. I was an attorney with the US GAO from 1984-1984. I was Corporate Counsel with IBM in upstate NY and KY from 1984-1991. In 1991 I participated in IBM's spinoff of its printer division into Lexmark International Inc, a Fortune 500 printer company and remain employed by Lexmark as Associate General Counsel.
