She was the loving wife of Gary C. Snyder, they would have celebrated 35 years of marriage on June 9, 2019. Patty was born November 14, 1955 in Allentown, PA. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Irene (Remsing) Deutsch. Patty earned her Bachelor's Degree from Moravian College and her Master's Degree from Lehigh University. She was a Math and Science Teacher at St. Ursula's Catholic School, formerly of Fountain Hill, and Northampton Junior High School. In 1985, she and her husband, Gary, started Clark Media, and Patty has helped grow the company over the past 31 years, to have offices serving New York and Los Angeles. Patty was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, of Bath.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by daughters, Kristina Chukinas and husband James, of Exton, PA and Kelly Strate and husband Jonathan, of Downingtown, PA. Also, by four grandchildren, brother, Frank Deutsch and wife Katie, of Mount Airy, MD, two nephews, four sisters-in-laws and their families.

Anyone who knew Patty, immediately understood her absolute focus on her family and her close friends. Patty loved hosting warm and friendly gatherings to bring them together, and also loved the daily visits from her cousin, Joseph Walakovitz. She took great joy in helping her daughter Kristina plan a beautiful wedding this past October, and she remained active in the newlyweds lives, helping them find their first home. Their recent trip to San Francisco was for both work and pleasure. Prior to the trip, Patty’s husband planned dinners and activities, honoring both Patty’s favorite restaurants from past trips and her love for baseball by surprising her with tickets to a Giants VS. Yankees game. They commented that it was one of the best vacations of their lives. Unfortunately, Patty was stricken early Tuesday morning and was unable to recover. Her husband and family are devastated, but because of what Patty has taught them, they will try their best to carry on her example of unconditional love and service to others.
