Edward Strohl

Edward G. Strohl, 60, of Northampton, died March 8, surrounded by family, in Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth, after a long-term illness. He was the husband of Suzanne M. (Kleppinger) Strohl. They were married 36 years last August. He worked 15 years for Rite Aid, becoming store manager in the Nazareth location. Previously, he was the owner and operator of Woody's Market, Northampton, for 17 years. Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Stanford and Elaine (Fogelman) Strohl. Survivors: Wife; daughter Ashley Lyn, son Matthew, both of Northampton; grandson Harrison; sister Kathy and husband Andy Pisulak of Lehighton; brothers Larry and wife Jane of Palmerton, Terry and wife Sandy of Walnutport. Services: Memorial, 6 p.m. Friday, March 11 at T.K. Thomas Funeral Home, 145 Delaware Ave, Palmerton. Call 5-6 p.m. Friday.
