Glenn Dale Miller, originally from Danielsville, PA, passed away on August 1, 2023, at 1:02 pm, in LVHN Cedar Crest Hospital's Hospice, after several years of difficult times.
The career he was most passionate about was auctioneering. He was a third generation Auctioneer and had started working at age eight in the auction business under his grandfather Daniel S. Miller and father, Wilson D. Miller, at Miller's Auction Co. He also worked as an Operations Manager at A1 Restaurant Supply, as a Private Investigator for Confidential Investigations, and various other employment ventures throughout his life.
He spent the majority of his life in Allentown, PA, and the Lehigh Valley area, where his heart of devotion to serve God, the community and the church, poured out. He always turned to God through life's victories and challenges. He would have spent all his time serving God and his community if he could.
Glenn’s daughters were his pride and joy. His legacy will live on in his three daughters through the love, compassion, consideration, and courageous strength with which they serve their communities.
Glenn was a gifted creative artist, a steward of conservation and he loved to express these passions in many forms. He also loved to make others laugh in any way he could.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth E. (Kleppinger) & Wilson D. Miller, infant brother Leonard, and sister Sally Sheets.
He will be missed by: his three daughters, Cathryn, Cassandra, and Caleigh Miller; his siblings and their spouses, Bonnie & Abe Sauder, Barry & Yvonne Miller, Bruce & Lynn Miller, Brian Miller; his best friend since early childhood, Tim & Carol Hoover; his nieces & nephews, and many others.
