David Coleman VIEW PROFILE

David J. Coleman, 54, of Northampton died Tuesday, Arpil 27 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. Born December 7, 1955 in Northampton, he was the son of Mary A. (Mills) Coleman, of Northampton and the late Robert C. Coleman. He worked for Hercules Cememnt Co. in Stockertown for the last 24 years. He was a member of Assumption Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Northampton. David was a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan. He was a 1974 graduate of Northampton High School and a social member of the Veteran of foreign Wars post #4714 of Northampton.

Survivors: Besides his mother; sons, Curtis A. Coleman and his wife Jill, Zachary D. Coleman; daughter, Mellisa A., wife of Andrew Grate, all of Northampton; five grandchildren, Alexia, Samuel, Michael, Mason, and Haylee; brother Robert M. Coleman and his wife Donna M., of Northampton; sister Maryann and her fiancee Jerome Bankos, of Northampton; two nieces; and two nephew.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday April 30 at 10 a.m. in Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 22nd and Washington Ave. Northampton. Family and friends may call Thursday 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday 8:30 to 9:30 a.m in the Reichel Funeral Home 326 E. 21st St. Northampton.
